Maltas Group is a California-based construction and project management firm specializing in high end residential renovations, restoration and new construction.

Our mission is to provide best-in-class project management services in the premium residential market. We directly collaborate with architects, designers, property managers, and subcontractors to bring homeowners’ visions to life to create era-defining environments and original spaces.

Our Founder

Jason Maltas has over two decades of residential construction experience and is known for his work with world-renowned architects and designers. His interest in architecture was nurtured by his designer/builder parents and was the impetus for his real estate development ventures around Los Angeles that began in 2005.

Completing a 10-year tenure as president of a leading build firm, Jason founded Maltas Group to delve into his passion for home craftsmanship, artistic integrity, and architectural preservation. A member of The Institute of Classical Architecture & Art (ICAA), Jason is committed to building sophisticated environments that honor architectural traditions and distinguished aesthetic sensibilities.

Jason lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two daughters.
